Remote support itself costs 12 \u20ac per 30 minutes. (14,40 \u20ac VAT inc. \/ 30 min)<\/p>\n

After the app installation your PC is accessible by our\u00a0technical support department<\/span><\/span> and is listed in our list of managed devices. Access is secured by username and password of Windows OS user. In case you don’t use password for access an authentication code is used. If you want to restrict the access\u00a0after termination of the service intervention change your Windows password or authentication code. You can also uninstall remote access app, however the next intervention will be prolonged by re-installation of this software.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
